A full initial visit. We go through your history, what you have tried, what worked, what did not, and where you want to be. You leave with a diagnosis you understand and a plan you agreed to.
Medication Management
Ongoing follow-up to adjust, monitor, and simplify. I would rather get you to the smallest effective regimen than keep adding to it.
Brief Therapy Within Visits
Every visit includes real conversation. I am not a substitute for a full course of therapy, and I will help you find a therapist if you need one.
Alcohol Use
Treatment for alcohol use disorder, including non-controlled medication options, as part of regular telehealth visits.
AgesTeens and adults.
Medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder is offered in person at the New Castle office as a monthly injection.
